Empire Residential Solutions Inc. arranges residential mortgage financing from our office in Bohemia, New York, led by people who have worked in mortgage lending since 2001.
Who we are
A mortgage broker, working for the borrower's side of the table.
We are a licensed mortgage broker. That distinction matters more than it sounds. A lender has one set of products and one appetite for risk; when your scenario falls outside it, the answer is no and the conversation ends. We are not a lender. We arrange financing with third-party lenders, which means when one door closes we still have somewhere to go.
Our people have been doing this since 2001 — through the housing boom, the crash, the long recovery, and the rate environment that followed. Each of those markets rewarded something different, and working through all of them leaves you with a fairly practical view of which deals actually close.
We focus on residential financing, including the files that do not fit a standard box: self-employed and investor borrowers, non-traditional income, and higher-value single-family properties. Those are the scenarios where having one lender is not enough.
For commercial real estate, bridge, SBA and construction lending, our affiliate Empire Commercial Solutions handles those transactions — so a client whose next move is a commercial property does not have to start over with a stranger.
